Thank you for applying to be part of Pursuits Festival. Stratford Pursuits is May 11th & 12th Warwick Pursuits is June 22nd & 23rd.

Before we continue we need a few more details from you. These include your Public Liability Insurance for all attending. If you are running a workshop/performance or we will also need a Risk Assessment. 

Food and Drink Vendors- I will need PLI , RA, and Hygiene Rating and trading license.
